WELLINGTON SUPREME COURT.
(Press Association.) Wellington, August 12. In the Supreme Court Yalentine Verne was found guilty of false pretcn* ces and remanded for sentence. The jury in the case of the three youths named Pavlmiar, Brown, and Conroy charged with breaking and entering were unable to agree and are locked up for the night. The charge against T. Schofield and V, Blancke for breaking into the Greytown North Railway Station will be taken temorrow and after that Jewel and Kennedy will be,charged with the mur« der of Louie Smith.
