IRISH NATIONALISTS.
[Bij Cahle.—Press Association.) Washington, September 11. Irish Nationalists in America have issued a manifesto pointing out that whereas the American Irish, at a seoret meeting in 1884, agreed to suspend active operations, and for ten years have not hampered the Parliamentary party in England, that the latter have gained nothing, and the truce be now ended.
