He said that he had said nothing about the head teachers as a body. Mr Cooper said.ho did not understand the motion.' .He agreed with it in spirit, bat- at the same time he' did' not think a member of : tUe Board should write to the Eress making such charges The Board ad-no right to: assume that Mr Grant's statement were; wrong, and he would be no par'tyjtq censuring a member of the Board. Mr Wilding said he would accept the amendment.
