Mj , Rotorua, August ,1., A native named Teb'Hona, who was captured, in the act of robbing a fowlroost about 1 o'clock on Friday morning, was brought before the bench this, morn* ihg and' pleaded guilty.- Tho evidence showed that the, prisoner made determined ' resistance and behaved very violently to: his captor, Mr McNamara, the Town Board surfaceman, who bears marks of ronghtreatment. The bench sentonced. him to three, months' hard labour in Mount Eden! '■■ Tho bench complimented,, Mr McNamara on, the determined manner in which ho stuck to his prisoner. .' t . ,
