THE DUNEDIN EXHIBITION.
(By Telegraph,—frkss association) Dunedin, last night: At a meeting of the Exhibition Corns missioners, the music committee submitted the estimates of receipts and expenditure. The receipts for fourteen grand choral Saturday concerts, etc. were put dov .1 at £2320, and the expenditure at £3872, shovng a loss of £1552. The Education Comirittec among other things mentioned that it was ins tended to hold a kindergarten, and give cookhg, singing, and gymnastic lessons in order to make the court attaie* t : .ve. The share list guaranteed now amounts to £15,335. The Art committee submitted a programme for an Art Union of 100,000 subscribers at Is each, in which 1507 pictures will be given as prizes, the highest' value being £200, the programme was approved,
