Wellington last night, In the Resident Magistrate's Court this afternoon a decision of somo importance Wademnn, Davis and Clatter, clothiers, sued Harris for £8 for goods supplied to his wifo. Defendant contended that the goods were ob'ined without his knowledge or authority. In giving judgment for the defendant his Worship inhd that a wifo could not pledge her husband's credit, if he had supplied her with sufficient funds for the ncceßsarios of life, as it appeared had been the case in the present instance,
