In the House of Lords to-day the Mar-' quia of Salisbury pronounced an. eulogiiim on the late John Bright, he described him us the greatest master of Ecglishoiairiry who had been heard, for several geoeriiiiuQß. His eloquence was robust anil powerful, teeming with noble thought He, alluded to Mr. Bright's rectitude of character, saying that-his actions were iuspircd by the purest patriotism from the beginning to end of his career.
