A.n ! xcKLLiwr Pmjm PUDDUid—Take threj quarters of a pound of Hour, two larga tcaspoonfuis of HENRY'S'R-'iYiL BAKI\G POWDKB, two ounces' of bread crumbs, one and a half pounds of suet two pounds of ravins, one pound of currants, ten ounces of sugar, two ounces of. almonds, one pound of mixed candied peel, salt and spice to taste; mix ingredients wcsl together, and add six eggs well beaten, and tlirca quarters of a pint of milk; divide in two and boil eight hours, Pancakes or Battbu Podbing,—Tako half a pound of flour two tcaspoonfuis of DBNBY'S ROYAL BAKING fOWDER, a little salt; mix 'veil in a dry state, add one egg, aud three quarters of a pint of milß, Norfolk Ddjii'ljlKGS.—Prepare tho dough as for bread, put into a tauccpan of boiling water immediately, and boil twen'y minutes without tailing th lid off,
