[BY TELEGRAPH—FUKSS ASSOCIATION.] Auckland, last night The purchase of the Crown Comyanv's property at Karangahake has been completed by the Glasgow syndicate, The battery plant was handed over to the manager, Mr M. Green, yesterday, who will start operations without delay, Messrs John Taylor and Son, of London, hafc been appointed consulting engineers, and the Oashill Company, of Glasgow, will erect a plant to save the bullion by their patent ohlorination process, They guarantee to save not less than 75 per cent, of the gold and silver in the stone, The working capital is £25,000, and the property inclndes the following minea Welcome, Kccp-it-Dark, Crown, Sunny Corner, Sutro, and Retreat,
