OP THE P.M.S. AUSTRALIA V /WITH THE ENGLISH AND AMEEICAN MAILS (VIA SAN FRANCISCO.) [Per Press Association.] Auckland, Monday Arrived: The P.M.s.B. Australia, at 4 p.m. She left San Francisco on May 10th, the passage was fino and uneventful. On the 28th ult. she passed the City of Sydney, bound for San Francisco. The pnssengers in tho saloon for Auokland are: Mr and Mrs Henrides, Mr and Mrs Gall and two children, Messrs Martin, Fitchett, Stone, Fabst, Sock, Gardiner, Robertson, and McGlashan; and four in the steerage; For Sydney: 35 cabin, and 54 steerage. Among the through passengers are "General Morgan, Hon. John Dunn, Revs.' Hay and Jenkins, Manager J. C. Williamson. She brings dates from Europe up to May 9th. Among the New Zealand cargo is 256 cnsea canned goods, 300 ditto salmo,n, and 15 balee.

The Australia leaves for Sydney at nine o'clock this evening.
