M. Griimbetta will probably be President of the Chamber of Deputies.
Roumania announces to Austria that she is ready to place fifty thousand soldiers on the Russian frontier as a sanitary cordon, and will permit the Russians to return from Bulgaria, but forcibly resist others crossing the mountains.
A new trial has been completed in the Bagot will case, and judgment reserved.
The Bank of England will lower rates one per cent.
