AtKemuera sale yards on Thursday dairy cattle wero full of sale; store cattle freely inquired for, at fully lale values, Fat cattle wore penned in full numbers—l6o yarded; all sold freely at late quotations, (tood beef selling at 35s to 37s the lOOlbs. Fat sheep were of medium quality, and in short supply. Prices obtained were from 2Jd for ewes to 3d for wethers. Lambs iu average supply and fair inquiry, but fell in price towards end of sale. Oood quality brought from 10s to 13s; medium, 7s to 9s each. Pigs in good demand. Both fat and store averages were—W. Nicholb, £11 15s; 37 steers from Awitu, £11; 8 steers, D, Caloy, £10 2s 6d; 6 steers. Robert Carruth, £10; 8 steers, W. McLaughlin, £9 lis 6d; 6, W. Woodward, £910s; 7, John Smith, £9 7s 6d; 8 cows, Robert Hall, £9.
