Thursday, the nineteenth day of April, one thousand eight hundred and seventyseven. UPON TEE PETITION of John Brown of 'l'araru in the Borough of Thames in the Provincial District of Auckland and Colony of New Zealand Mill owner a Shareholder in the above-named Company on the nineteenth day of April instant presented to me Francis Dart Fenton Esquire Judge cf the said Court and upon hearing Mr Macdonald the solicitor for the said Petitioner and upon reading the said petition and the affidavit of the said John Brown verifying the same and upon the other evidence adduced in this matter I do order that the said Company be wound up under the provisions of the said Act and I direct that all proceedings in and under such winding up order be carried on at the District Court House Queen-street Grahamstown aforesaid. And I appoint the third day of M&y one thousand eight hundred and seventy-seven at eleven o'clock in the forenoon for a General Meeting of the Creditors of the above-named Company to be held at the Office of Messieurs MacdoDald and Miller Brown-street Grahamslown.
