Gentlemen,—l am happy to inform you that wo have a full supply of water since Sunday night. Iho battery has been kept steadily going since that time; the quartz gives a good average yield. Monday gave from the plates 22ozs amalgam; Tuesday, 29ozs; Wednesday, 38ozs. I hope to see no more shortness of water for the winter, and I think there will _ho no lack of payable quarlz. There is no alteration in the mine to report. We aro still driving north and south; the reef has much the samo appearance as when the directors paid us a visit last week.
