Bbbaoh op tub Pbacb, - David Morrow was chatgod with committing a broach of- tho peace by fighting in Burkostreot on tho 16th August. Tho case had previously been boforo tho Court and remanded, a warrant being then granted for McOoid, the othor party'to tho quarrel. —Morrow pleaded guilty.—Mr Sullen said that in this fight tho men fought liko dogs, biting and eating each other. Thero woro two witHesses who would detail,the circumstancos, which wero of a most aggravated tjpo.—Patrick Callan deposod that bo saw defendant and another fighting in tho gutter. Witness and Mr Casey dragged them asunder. They wero in a filthy state, and would, ho belioved, havp murdered oach other if thoy had not been separated. — His Worship ordered defendant to be bound oyer to keep tho peaoe for 3 months, himself and ono surety in £20 each, and pay tho costs of tho caso, £112s Gd.
