UIS Donor the Superintendent directs it to be notified that he has made the following AMENDMENTS in tho Regulations for the granting of Agricultural Leases within tho Ohinemuvi Goldfield, YINCENT E. RICE, For the Provincial Secretary, Clause 17 [Rent to Ic paid in advance), to bo read as follows:—"The rent per aero to be reserved npon every lease shall te at the annual rate of one shilling for the first seven years, one shilling and sixpence for the second seven years, and two shillings for the last seven years; and all rents or moneys payablo under or in respcct of any lease shall be due and paid annually in 'advanco to the Eeceiver of Gold Kevenue on the first day of January in each year of the term of lease, Provided always that one year's full rent shall be paid at the lime of issue on all leases issued prior to the thirtieth day of Juno in any one year, and one half-year's rent shall ho paid on leases issued subsequent to the thirtieth day of June in ftDy year."
