DOMINION TELEGRAMS. ALLEGED NEGLECT OF ORCHARD Per Press Association. NELSON, Dec. 10. After a sitting extending over seven days the bearing of the action Joseph Samuel Thompson, hank manager of Blenheim, v. Charles Edward Lowe, of Harakoko, orchard supervisor, a claim for damages for alleged neglect of plaintiff's orchard, has partially concluded. Tho jury found a verdict for plaintiff for £450. Tho question of law as to whether tho proper party had been sued is to bo submitted to Mr. ■Justice Hosking at Wellington. A BICYCLIST KILLED. MASTERTON, Dec. 10. John Cooper, aged ol died in hospital early this morning as the result of a collision with a motor car last night. Ro was riding a bicycle, coming into Mastorton, when tho collision occurred. Ho was a butcher by trade, a single man and formerly lived in Auckland.
