SHOTS FIRED BY STRANGER

BRUSSELS, Deo. 8. At the close of the debate in the Chamber on the Government's policy, a man in the public gallery fired three shots at the benches between the advanced Liberals and Socialists, shouting that he wanted attention given to the German deportations of Belgian civilians. He said nothing had been ,done for them, and he was not one himself. ' .
