CONTRACTORS TO CARRY ON. «■ The resolution of the New Plymouth Borough Council to take over the No. I,hydro-electric contract, which was reported on Tuesday, was passed under a. misapprehension. At the meeting between the council and tho contractors on Wednesday night arrangements were made for the contractors to carry on the contract.
