COLOURED JELLY DEFECTS. On special occasions, when fancy “Sunsliine” jelly dishes are' required whip the jelly that is to be used for the bottom piece. Whipped lemon “Sunshine” jelly is white, and the contrast between it and a piece of brilliant colour resting upon it produces a beautiful effect. To keep tho different colours from running together in making fancy “Sunshine” desserts see that the first layer is set when the next is added, and that the “Sunsliine” poured on is cold but not set. —Advt. ’ ■
