It is persistently rumoured in Eastern Europe that the Bolsheviks are concentrating their forces for a new attack on Poland. Five armies have been brought ’to the frontier on the Dvina front between Polotsk and Vitebsk, and on the Dnieper front between Smolensk and Mohileff. Concentration is also proceeding at Vilua. It is apprehended that tho first objective will be tho invasion of tho Baltiff States.—Times.
