Tlie International Trade Onion Congress adopted Mr. Thomas’ addition to tlie previous resolution concerning Moscow’s attempt at dictation, declaring that the claims of the Soviet leaders to govern the country and direct the workers' international movement were irreconcilable and inadmissable. The Labour Farty, by 349 votes to 241, declined to affiliate with the Communist Party.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn. BRITISH LABOURITES. OBJECT TO MOSCOW DOMINATION (Received Nov. 29, 12.3$ p.m.) * NEW YORK, Nov. 27. At a conference of the Labour Party, representing 364,426 members, an increase of 170 per cent, on 1914, on the rejection of the Communist Party’s application for affiliation, Mr. Morrison, secretary remarked that the movement in London was going to be run by London, not by Moscow.
