CONSTANTINOPLE, Nov. 15. General Wrangcl escaped aboard a Russian cruiser filled with soldiers. Three transports carrying 20,000, and a fourth filled with'’wounded, have departed for an unknown destination. The Rods are reported to be fifteen miles from Iheodosia, whence 10.000 troops, were eva-cuated.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn,
