D’ANNUNZIO CAUSING UPSET,
-By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. ROME, Nov. 15. D’Annunzio bersaglieri captured Mount Luban, east of Finnic, and occupied all the villages assigned to Jugo-Slavia, except Pidagrec, where the bersaglieri were forced to retire, owing t® local resistance. The islands of Arbo and Veglia were seized in the Gulf of Quarnero, and moreover a powerful fleet, including the Dante and the Alighieri, left the gulf for an unknown destination, despite the fact that Admiral Millo gave an explicit pledge to support Signor Giolitti (the Premier) when the latter al-. lowed him to return to Flume. D’Annunzio and Millo have now resumed the pact sealed last year, and it is Evident d’Annunzio demands the whole of Dalmatia for Italy.— Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
