The Bogultis. with coal, and the Arapawa, with cement, are both waiting to discharge, while the MamAri is waiting to proceed with her loading operations. The Corinna and Rarawa are both expected to-morrow and, should the weather continue unfavourable and the Reguius and Arapawa both be in port still, congestion, owing to the lack of sufficient berthage, will occur again.
