BOWLING.
NEW PLYMOUTH CLUB, The New Plymouth club's green is now open for play daily. The official opening which had to be postponed owing to unfavourable weather, has been fixed for Thursday, November 4. MATCHES FOE, MONDAY. The Hawera Bowling Club will visit Now Plymouth to play the New Plymouth Club on Monday, the team comprising five or six rinks. Two games will be played, one during the morning commencing at 9.30 sharp, and the other in the afternoon. The New Plymouth team will he selected from the followingH. Smart, H. Fookes. Rundle, T.
