The amalgamation of the AmcricanHawaiian Steamship Coy, Livermore, Dearborn and Coy., and tiro Kerr Navigation Coy. is announced The combined fleet, which will he renamed tho American Ship and "Navtgation Corporation will comprise eight ships of 49,000 tons. They will carry out the agreement made recently with the Hamburg-Amerika Line and reopen and operate the pre-war trade routes of the German company.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
