STILL 200,000 PRISONERS. REPORT BY NANSEN. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. ' (Received July 23, 8.55 a.m.) CHRISTIANIA, July SI. Dr. Nansen, the Arctic explorer, who has returned from Russia, states that there are still 200,000 prisoners, mostly from Central Europe, in Siberia and Turkestan.
Fifteen thousand prisoners in Siberia can bo sent home via Vladivostock if tonnage is available.—Aus.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
