GRINDING PLANT NECESSARY. BY TELEGRAPH. —OWN CORRESPONDENT WELLINGTON, July 21. The Minister of Agriculture informed Mr. E. Masters that the question of shipments of Nauru phosphates going direct to Now Plymouth will receive consideration. It must bo borne in mind, however, that the phosphates will 'require to bo put through a grindinfjtplant after reaching New Zealand, hc-nco nothing is to bo gained by landing thorn direct at Now Plymouth unless a grinding plant of sufficient capacity is made available in the immediate district.
