The Labour Conference decided that, in view of tho monopoly in tho producfon and distribution of woollen goods, the State be requested to establish woollen mills, or alternatively to empower municipalities to do so. It also instructed the Labour Party to repeal the soldiers’ preference legislation as the underlying principle was iniquitous and impracticable.
