GERMAN REPORTS. THAT TROOPSMITHDRAWN. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. (Received April 28, 9.45 a.m.) LONDON, April 26. Germany has informed tho Allies that tho surplus’troops in tho Ruhr Valley have now been withdrawn and that the number of those remaining docs not exceed those allowed by’the treaty. A commission is investigating tho accuracy of the statement and the French will evacuate the towns in tho neutral zone if it is correct.
