COPENHAGEN, April 26. - The Berlingsko Tidende reports that negotiations between Finland and Russia have been interrupted and .both delegations have returned home for further instructions. Tho negotiations drifted from purely military matters to international questions of such importance that tho Russians had not power to deal with them.—Ans.-N.Z. Cable Assn.
