CHARGE OF TREASON DISMISSED. By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. PARIS, April 32. The Senate, by 213 votes to 28, dismissed the charges of high treason against Caillaux. The High Court found Caillaux guilty on the charge of corresponding with tho enemy. The court is now deliberating on its sentence. —Reuter Service,
