As the result ox a collision between t motor cycle and a trap, John Flowers, Ashurst, sustained a compound fracture of the leg last evening. A FATAL FALL. AUCKLAND, April 22. A shocking accident occurred to-night at the residence of Dr. Parkes, restating in the death of Mrs. Pearl Ross, wife of Mr. Frank Rosa, farmer, of Hastings. Mrs. Ross, who was the guest of Dr. and Mrs. Parkes, fell from a balcony on the upper floor of the residence to the yard beneath, and was. dead when found. >
