COMPLETE SURRENDER- , OP-MAHSUDS DEMANDED. By Telegraph—Press Aasn. —Copyright. (Received March 2, 1 p.m.) BOMBAY, Feb. 27. Yesterday, message-sc arrived at our camp at Tatdatchina, announcing that a complete surrender must be made during tho day of all tribal and Government r ifles. Subsequently 800 tribesmen arrived and delivered a strange assortment of firearms representing the tribal tlifles and several Lewis guns. The tribesmen were informed that tho delivery was inadequate and did not fulfil the couitions imposed. Tho tribesmen departed to-day and a deputation representative of the whole Mahsud tribe arrived and pledged themselves for a week to collect tho Government rifles.
