The Prime Minister received a cablegram from the High Commissioner today in regard to insulated shipping to the effect that during March ten ships of 3,081,000 cubic feet capacity wilMoad in New Zealand, and four ships of 1,304,000 cubic feet in April. Eleven ships previously allotted to April will bo delayed to May or June. Sir Thomas .Mackenzie says tjio Board of Trade regrets the delays, which are outside its control. The board is endeavouring to obviate the delays as far as congestion is concerned' by stimulating consumption. The shipping season for Australian fruit ends in April, and the board will make arrangements for a large proportionate share of the tonnage thus available to be given to New Zealand to make good the diversions in the latter part of last year.
