, PALMERSTON SESSIONS. Per Press Association. PALMERSTON N., Feb. 28. In the Supreme Court, reserved judgment wrvs given by Mr. Justice Hosking in tho appeal ease of Michael Moynihan, hotelkeeper, Shannon, against conviction for selling liquoi; after housr. His Honour dismissed the appeal. Louis Alexander Burberry, tailor, formerly of Pahiatua, now of AA’ellsford, applied for discharge from bankruptcy. The application was refused, applicant to make fresh application in 12 months.
