THE HAWKE CUP. Per Press Association. GISBORNE, Feb. 24. The Hawke Cup match, Wairarapa v. Poverty Bay, resulted in a win for Poverty Bay by.an innings and 37 runs., Wairarapa, in tho second innings, made 126 (Collins 46, Perry 29, Cook 18). Scholium took six wickets for 23 runs. REPRESENTATIVE MATCH. TEAM TO PLAY SOUTH TARANAKI. SL. The return match between North Taranaki and South Taranaki is to be played af Hawera on Wednesday of next week (March 3). The North players will leave by tho -mail train and return the same evening. The North team has been selected as follows and player mentioned who will be unable to make the trip is requested to notify tho hen. secretary (Mr. P. E. Staihton) immediately:—A. Bewley, G. C.
