TVTOTTOE is hereby given that a* a Special Meeting of the Now Ply. mouth Borough Council, held on the Bth day of December, 1919, a resolution was passed as a Special Order, the object or purport of which is to authorise the said Council to raise a (Special Loan of £IO,OOO for the purpose of providing “Workers’ Dwellings” within the meaning of Section 826 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” and exercising the powers conferred by Section 325 of that Act and any enactment amending, modifying or extending the same, the proposed security for the said loan of £IO,OOO being an annually recurring special rate of one penny half-penny in the £ on the annual value of all rateable property of the said Borough. AND NOTICE IS HEREBY ALSO GIVEN that the said Resolution will be submitted to a Special Meeting of the said Council to be held at the Offices of the Council, situated in Ldardet Street, New Plymouth, on the 12th day of January, 1920, at 7.30 p.m., for confirmation as a Special Order.
