INTER-ISLAND AND AUSTRALIAN The Maori, which has been undergoing a somewhat extensive overhaul at Port Chalmers, is expected to resume her place in the inter-island ferry service on Friday, November 21, on which date sho will leave Wellington for Lyttelton. Tho Manuka, which has been filling tho place of tho Maori for some weeks, is scheduled to leave Wellington for Sydney and Hobart on tho 21st inst. "Tho Moeraki is expected to leave Sydney on tho 19th inst for Wellington and Lyttelton. With the reinstatement of the Manuka in the Wellington-Sydnoy service, and the Maheno in the AucklanftSydney run, a regular weekly service between the Dominion and the €ommonwealth is now once more assured. The Maheno has resumed tho Syd-ney-Auckland direct passenger service after an absence from the trade for some years. ULIMAROA AND ZEALAND lA. Tho Ulimaroa (Huddart-Parkcr) is undergoing conditioning at Cockatoo Island, Sydney, preparatory to taking up her pre-war running in the SydnoyWellington trade.
