By Telegraph—Press Assn.—Copyright. LONDON, Sept. 21. The suppressing of Irish papers is due to publication of the prospectus of the Sinn Fein national loan. It is believed that all will be revived shortly, as the authorities are willing to restore the essential parts of the presses seized recently.
It is announced that a development company is prepared to advance a hundred and fifty million sterling in loans to enable the Irish municipalities to build working-class houses. The company now proposes to expend many more millions in constructing three new shipbuilding yards at Dublin.—Times Service.
The Irish Constabulary has been aimed with band grenades owing to the Sinn Fein attacks. Constables have been withdrawn from isolated posts.—Aus.N.Z. Cable Assn.
