CREAM OF TARTAR.

Clover Cream is better than Cream of Tartar for cakes, scones, pastry and biscuits. Used in exactly same proportions as best 100 per cent. Cream of Tartar, viz., mix carefully lOoz. Clover Cream and 450 z. Bi-Carb. Soda. Notice how white, light and fresh scones are when Clover Cream is used. Clover Cream is to Cream of Tartar as electric light is to gas—not a substitute, but better than the article it replaces. Obtainable at all grocers in -lib. packets.
