LONDON, Sept. 20. The Berlin correspondent of the Daily Mail states that a considerable number of German businesses arc passing into American bands, especially dye works, hvdraulic and electric, companies.

A German Note to the conference agreeing to tho annulment of the article in the German Constitution providing for the union of Austria and Germany, protests against the ironical tone of' the Allied Note dealing with the German Government’s explanations, and says the Allies are not entitled to wound Germany’s feelings,—Router.
