Joseph Hopei ait uas fined £SO for a similar offence. A BARQUE REFLOATED. NELSON, August 6. The barque White Pine, which was stranded at Tarakoho yesterday' was refloated this evening and berthed at Tarakohe. CHURCH UNION SUPPORTED. INVERCARGILL, August 6. The Southland Presbytery, by eleven to five, Voted in favour of church union, provided it did not undermine the principles of or interfere with the work of tho Presbyterian Church.
