Tho jury added a rider that accused should leave the court without a stain on his character. In Hip Supremo Court, Charles John Fintey and his two sons, Charles James Flntc'v and Percy Harold Fintey, were found guilty of robbery wi(h violence.' The father" was sentenced to twelve months’ imprisonment, and the sons to two years.
