CEMENT WORKS CLOSED. For Press Association. DUNEDIN, July 31. As the result of the railway restrictions, the Milburn I-ime and Cement Company's cement works have been closed, following the previous closing of the company’s quarry at D’unhaok. Forty-four men were paid off to-day, 37 being married.
