Sir, —-The Pitaroy Ratepayers’ Association desires me, through tho columns of the press, to express its appreciation of the unselfishness of the tramway officials and staff in keeping tho service running on Peace Day, thus enabling to be pre-seat at the ceremony in Pukekura- Park many who otherwise could not have done so.
