IN MEMORIAM.

AUTRIDGE.—In loving memory of my dear husband, Harry Autridge, who died at New Plymouth Hospital on June 22. 1918. It is just a year ago to-day Since cruel death has snatched from view A loving father, kind and true. Death from our minds can not efface. His tender smile, his loving face; His words, his actions, are not dead, But in our minds are daily read. ’Tis hard to break the tender cord, When love has bound the heart; ’Tis hard, so hard to speak the words, We for a time must part. —lnserted by his loving wife and children.
