DEFENCE NOTES.
(By “Scout.”) The final competition for the New Plymouth Defence Rifle Club’s championship will be fired on the Rewa Rewa range to-morrow (Saturday) afternoon, ranges 900 and 1000 yards, 'with the usual conditions as to sighters. The following week the finals for the Thursday and Saturday Cups will be fired, after which the junior mem* hers’ competition will be continued.
