EVERYBODY’S. ROY STEWART IN “THE MEDICINE MAN.” An elaborate plot is l not always necessary for a good screen drama. This is proved by the Triangle feature, “The Medicine Man," which grips the interest from the start and holds it unflaggingly to the end, yet which is not characterised by any absurdly complicated story. In fact it is the straight-forwardness and sincere naturalness of it which constitutes it one of the most likeable pictures lor many a day. Roy Stewart plays the central! part, and the scenes me laid in beautiful and wild western landscapes. The story centres round the attempt of two questionable character to rob a young girl of the ownership of a mine whicJi is found to be very valuable. They are foiled by a gieathearted son of the west, .'-ho is perfectly portrayed by Roy Stewart. Ho makes the part very convincing and proves himself one of the host drilling stars on the screen. Those who like a natural story charmingly told and with a genuine heart interest, will aeree that this picture is one of these ivhich are more than worth while. Another episode of “The House of Hate” also show's on this programme. The screening nights are to-night and to-morrow at Everybody s.

LAST NIGHT OF “FEDORA.”
Victorein Sardou’s great play, “Fedora,” starring Pauline Frederick and produced by Paramount, screens finally to-night at the People’s. “Fedora” is a powerful play, running the whole gamut of the passions. It is an ideal vehicle for Pauline Frederick, who has proven her ability to interpret emotional roles, and has won her greatest screen .successes in such characters. “The Railroad Raiders,” No. 2 Travelog, and comedy are also shown VIOLA DANA—TO-MORROW. Viola Dana’s- newest Metro picture “Opportunity,” commencing to-mor-row night is a whimsical ent?rta,ning comedy drama and quite a change from her recent pictures. Ihe latest gazette Travelog, and comedy are also on this bill. *
